DG contains some of our earliest recordings. Larry (Robinson) and I did the disc as a sort of "sampler" to show people what we could do. Pop, rock, country...you name it, DG's got it! It's a great disc to throw on in the car or at home. Some cool up-tempo rock tunes like What I Could Do To You Sue and Lead Singer really cook, while Saturday In Bed, Who You Are and Born In New York City take you back to a quiet place in your mind.
DG also contains some of my humorous takes on things. Check out Divorce Attorney, The Jail Song and Big Booty Betty which showcase my desire to be funny while not totally pissing off the band who worked many hours to learn some pretty challenging musical changes.
Don't miss my favorite track on the disc, HERO which Michael Bacon (Kevins brother) called "out there" and "strangely on target" ! Hope you enjoy it!
